Transfer of properties from Sayyid Mahmud to Bibi Ruqiyah
A note indicating that the writer [probably Sayyid Mahmud Musavi Ruknabadi] has given his wife, Bibi Ruqiyah, all his household furnishings. He writes that the two carpets that he has brought from Mecca for his wife as souvenirs belong to her, as do all the stable's animals, the trees of Sarshah, the trees behind Sayyid ʻAlaʼ al-Din Musavi's garden, the pistachio trees, and every tree that belongs to the writer.

About Muzaffar Nizam’s will, 1922

Sayyid Yahya Adib al-Shu‘ara’ to ‘Abd al-Husayn Mirza Farmanfarma, 1890
Haji Sayyid Yahya Adib al-Shu‘ara’ (from Tabriz)'s petition discusses the pension of Mulla Yahya and ʻAbd Allah Bayg, the hardships the author went through during his pilgrimage to Mecca, and the delay in paying one-third of Mulla Yahya's belongings to his inheritors. This delay was caused by the heir of Haji Muhammad Baqir who is the Kadkhuda (village chief) of a village, which is owned by Surur al-Saltanah. Documents regarding Liqaʼ Khanum
Mirza Abu al-Hasan, a citizen of the Ottoman Empire, whose children are in Kurdistan, died in Mecca. After his death, his wife, Liqaʼ Khanum married Shaykh Ibrahim, as a result of which, she lost custody of her children. Haji Muhammad, who is the executor of Abu al-Hasan's will, complains against Liqaʼ Khanum because she does not acknowledge the change of custodianship and has taken possession of properties that were in the hands of other guardians.

Marriage contract of Sughra Khanum with Aqa Fazl Allah, 1887
The marriage contract of Sughra Khanum, the daughter of Suhrab Khan, and Aqa Fazl Allah, the son of Aqa Mirza Habib Allah Shams al-Shariʻah on 21 May 1887. The mahr includes a Qurʼan, 25 tumans, 10 acres of a river, 5 acres of a land in Gulpaygan, 4 acres in a sahara, 2 acres of a garden, and one sixth of a house. In 1921, Fazl Allah settled all of his properties with Hajiyah Bibi Khanum. When Bibi Khanum abrogated this transaction due to her Hajj pilgrimage, Fazl Allah settles for four and a half-sixth of his building with Bibi Hajiyah.
